Whether you start to prepare now or after the new year, this event is a perfect opportunity to take on a new challenge. Many people resolve to change something in their life be it, eat healthier, change career, lose weight, or volunteering their time. So why not participate in an event that not only promotes environmental awareness but also provides you with an opportunity to get in shape and become involved in your community.

5K for Earth Day is a great way to run/walk locally and think globally. Below is a link to some easy to follow training plans for people of all fitness levels, runners and walkers alike.
